Purely Pamper Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand medical supplies require trust, hygiene, and reliability — that’s why our return process is designed with both safety and compliance in mind.
How to Return or Exchange
Before returning any item, please review our policy below to ensure eligibility. If approved, contact sales@purely-pamper.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- All parts, seals, and accessories must be intact.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a Purely Pamper error.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and outbound free shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
- Restocking fees may apply.
Non-Returnable Products
For health and safety reasons, the following non-returnable items cannot be accepted once shipped, opened, or used:

- Metrex CaviCide Surface Disinfectant and Multi-Purpose Cleaner
- Envirocide Multi-Purpose Cleaner and Disinfectant
- MetriCide 14-Day Glutaraldehyde Sterilizing & Disinfecting Solution
- MetriCide 28-Day Sterilizing and Disinfecting Solution
- EmPower Dual Enzymatic Instrument Detergent Disinfectant
- Metrex EmPower Foam Solution
- Metrex MetriSponge
- PDI Sani-Hands Instant Hand Sanitizing Wipes
- PDI Hygea Multi-Purpose Washcloths
- PDI Super Sani-Cloth Germicidal Wipes
- Sani-Cloth AF3 Surface Disinfectant Wipe
- CryoDerm Pain Relieving Cold Therapy Gel, Spray, Gallon, and Foil Packets
These items are classified as medical-use or hygiene-sensitive products and cannot be restocked for safety reasons.
Refund Timeframe
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Banks may require an additional 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
Return Authorization Number (RA)
All returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Purely Pamper. Packages returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply where available. Warranty claims must be processed directly with the manufacturer. Purely Pamper does not provide in-house repairs.
Restocking Fees
Returns may be subject to a 10–20% restocking fee, depending on product type and manufacturer policy.
Exchanges
Due to health compliance and varied manufacturer return procedures, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
