Purely Pamper Delivery Policy
At Purely Pamper, we take pride in providing fast, reliable shipping for all your medical essentials. While we process orders promptly, delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
Standard Shipping Availability
Standard UPS/USPS shipping applies to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or APO/FPO addresses are not currently available.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 business hours before shipment. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (CST) on Fridays begin processing the following Monday. Please note, overnight or Saturday deliveries are not offered at this time.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days, but estimated timeframes are:
- Economy Shipping: 7–10 business days
Shipping is handled through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Carrier selection and signature deliveries are not available. Certain freight or special-order items may require additional handling time.
Shipping Restrictions
- Alaska & Hawaii: Not available due to carrier limitations.
- P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- Military (APO/FPO/DPO): Shipments to military addresses are currently unavailable.
Shipping Promotions & Oversized Items
Free or discounted shipping promotions exclude select categories such as liquids, incontinence supplies, wheelchairs, and other oversized medical products to ensure fair pricing and reliable delivery.
Freight Deliveries (Oversized Items)
Freight-delivered items are shipped curbside only. Deliveries do not include inside or doorstep service unless noted otherwise. Any additional delivery requests made at the time of arrival may incur extra charges.
